Deadlift triples at 80%
We are pulling triples off the floor at 80 percent this block. Brace before you break the floor. Two seconds down, one up. If your hips shoot first, drop the weight and own the start. The whole point of a triple is quality under load, not a max attempt.

THE CUE
Pull the slack out of the bar before it leaves the floor. Think shoulders just in front of the bar, lats packed, then press the floor away. Most missed reps at 80 percent fail here, at the start, not at the knees.
This is what we will coach on the platform Monday and Wednesday. Show up ten minutes early and we will work your start position.
WEEK OF JUNE 16
Mon / Wed / Fri   Strength: deadlift triples at 80%. 6am, 12pm, 6pm.
Tue / Thu   Conditioning: 12-minute EMOM. 6am, 12pm, 6pm.
Sat   Open gym and skill work. 9am to 11am.
Sun   Closed. Go for a walk.
