Heirloom tomato salad with torn basil and aged sherry vinegar is back on the menu, the grilled swordfish comes over a tomato-and-corn panzanella, and the stone fruit galette moved to peach because the first Elbertas are in.
The menu turns with what the farms send. If you want the tomatoes, come this week. They do not keep.
