| 1. Patch test first. Three nights behind the ear before the first full-face application. If there is no redness, you are clear to begin.
2. PM, every other night. One pea-sized drop for the whole face, on dry skin after cleansing. Skip nights you use an acid or an exfoliant.
3. SPF every morning. Retinoids increase sun sensitivity. A broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher is the second half of this routine, not an extra. |
