I'm Marco. We opened Olea on Halsted Street in 2019 because I could not find the bread my grandmother made in Frosinone. We bake it fresh every morning. To welcome you to the table, your next visit starts with our bruschetta board, on the house.

What to expect

House-made pasta daily. Tagliatelle, gnocchi, and ravioli rolled each morning.
Open kitchen, corner table. Sit at the counter and watch the line, or take the window booth.
Wednesday through Sunday. Dinner from 5:30. Last seating at 9:30.
